Training for Manual Therapists

Specialist training in Lymphoedema Management and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, for professional therapists working in private practice. Ideal for massage therapists, bodyworkers, complementary therapists, and rehabilitation practitioners looking to expand their skills and support clients with lymphatic conditions.

Lymphoedema Management for Manual Therapists (LMMT)

Our initial training for those working within the private healthcare sector (bodyworkers, massage & manual therapists), wishing to enhance their knowledge and skills and MLD to their service offer.

Advanced Management for Manual Therapists

This training is for LTA LMMT therapists wishing to advance their treatment protocols to include Multi-Component Bandaging, Compression and Specialist Oedema.

1 Day Recertification (for LMMT)

Maintaining your certification enables you to treat patients with the latest evidence based research, learning & skills.

For Lymphoedema Management for Manual Therapists. Attendance is 1 year after completed course and then biannually.

2 Day Recertification (for AMMT)

For all Lymphoedema Management for Manual Therapists who have also attending the Advanced Management for Manual Therapist Course. Attendance is 1 year after completed course and then a 1 day recertification biannually.

Introduction to MLD

Our 37 hour Intro to MLD course is beginner-friendly, four-day training that introduces the lymphatic system and research based Fluoroscopy Guided Manual Lymphatic Drainage (FG-MLD).
