TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lymphoedema Rehabilitation Programme
To include Essential Care in Lymphoedema & Advanced Management of Lymphoedema


1.    A £200 deposit is required as a minimum course commitment payment. For invoice payments needing a PO No access to course material will only be given on receipt of the PO No by our Finance Dept.
2.    Full payment is required if the course commencement is within 6 weeks of booking.
3.    A cancellation fee of £200 will be chargeable if a cancellation arises 6 weeks prior to the course commencement date.
4.    If you decide not to attend the course once the course has commenced, full payment will be retained.
5.    An amendment fee of £50 will be chargeable if an amendment arises within 6 weeks prior to commencement date.
6.    The course booking may be transferred into another name (an amendment fee of £50 will be payable).
7.    LTA reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reshape any part of the course if the course has less than 10 delegates booked, unless agreed at Director level.
8.    All delegates are responsible for booking of their own travel, accommodation arrangements & any personal expenses for the attendance of training.
9.    You are required to attain a pass in all examinations of both parts of the course to be qualified as a Certified LTA Therapist.
10.    In some circumstances a provisional 'Pass to Practice' may be awarded for 6 months, if this is the case you must attend a recertification course within 12 months to obtain certification. This is a fee of £50.
11.    You will be required to attend all modules of the course.
12.    A recognised lymphoedema qualification may form as a prerequisite and may allow for you to circumvent Part 1 of the course, to join for Part 2 (Advanced Management of Lymphoedema - ‘Fill & Flush’/ FG-MLD®) only. Please speak to a member of the team before booking if you think this may be applicable to you.
13.    A re-take of any examination will cost an additional £50 for each element.
14.    Failure to take examination on the day will result in a retake fee of £50. Re-takes must be taken within 12 months to gain certification.

15.   Attendance of a 2-day recertification is required 12 months post initial training and then biannually thereafter to maintain certification.
